The HNGENI long earring is part of the Alliage -Cu29Zn30 collection. The earring was adapted from my signature skin buttons and links. Alliage -Cu29Zn30 is an ideal projection of my invincible self, translated into a jewelry collection. Based on the concept of trans-humanism, I have transcended beyond my human nature and became a semi-cyborg.
Each accessory of the collection represents a super-power of "my future self." All the pieces are shaped using a metal lathe, which gives the brass an industrial look. HNGENI means "to stretch, to tighten " in Kanak dialect (New Caledonia).
The earring is 40cm long silver earring chain (1mm ball chain) that seamlessly connects both earlobes. This avant-garde design requires double ear piercings, adding a minimal yet sleek touch for a futuristic cyborg-inspired look.
